Europe Film Festival U.K. (EFFUK) continues its social responsibility projects. In this particular project, we are happy to announce a collaboration with Peksimet Education and Culture Association (PekDer) from Turkey.
Peksimet Education and Culture Association has helped the development of hundreds of children between the ages of 4 and 16 in the fields of education, culture, and art. In addition, it continues its activities with mother and early childhood, women’s literacy courses, and various workshops.
This session we are opening a separate category called “Short Films about Women and Children” ticket revenue from the screening will be transferred to Peksimet Education and Culture Association. The application deadline for participation begins with the opening of this category and ends with its closing.
The topic was determined as ‘Women and Children’. The producer can submit the project with two subjects separately or together. The format is a short film/animation film/documentary film and the maximum duration is 20 minutes.
All rules stated on our website are valid for film participation rules. Winners also have to provide English subtitles (.srt format) separately.
The competition jury and pre-jury are Europe Film Festival UK’s own committee groups. Peksimet Education and Culture Association also determines a preliminary jury, and the winners are decided together.
Winners will be announced on our website and social media accounts after 15 days after the submission deadline date. Screening and cocktail venue locations will be published on official accounts.
The cost of the entire organization of the festival; first, second and third place trophies, and other participants’ certificates will be covered by Europe Film Festival U.K. (EFFUK).
All participants; film producers and directors who won will be invited. All producers and directors coming from home and abroad are obliged to cover their own expenses.
In addition, the entire participation fee of 5 dollars for this category will be given to the benefit of the association.
